Job Summary:
Seeking multiple candidates for a Support Staff position to join our team at Elevation Heath. As Fitness Center Support Staff, you may be called upon to cover front desk hours at a private corporate fitness center. Support Staff will help members with check-ins and registration, as well as provide excellent customer service to our members.
**THIS IS A SUPPORT/ON-CALL POSITION ONLY. THERE ARE NO GUARANTEED HOURS**
Responsibilities:
- Greet members and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist members with registration and check-in, along with any questions or concerns they may have
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness center
- Stock supplies as needed
- Communicate any maintenance or repair needs to management
- Enforce facility rules and policies to ensure a safe and welcoming fitness environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in health, wellness or fitness setting is preferred
-Group Exercise teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
- CPR certificate is required
- Strong communication skills in English
- Organizational skills to ensure smooth operations
