If this sounds like you, keep reading! Orangetheory Fitness is looking for a full-time or part-time Fitness Coach to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked group workouts.

As a Group Fitness Coach, you can expect to do the following :

• Making sure members stay safe by using the correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understanding, explaining, and demonstrating the science behind our heart-rate focused training
• Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for the equipment used throughout the workout
• Supporting members through their fitness journeys by helping them set goals and performing fitness consultations

We offer our Fitness Coaches :

• Full-time coaches are in the studio about 35 hours per week. Part-Time coaches are in the studio about 20 - 25 hours per week.
• You have a consistent schedule with shift options of morning, evening, or a variety based on your preferences.
• We offer a consistent income without the worry of clients with no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
• New studios are opening all over the metro area and we love to promote from within for our leadership positions.
• This is a fun, high-energy, health-oriented team and a great place to build a fitness career!

Qualifications :

• Current or Willing to Get a Fitness Certification : Personal Training or Group Fitness Instruction (NASM, ACE, AFAA, ACSM, ISSA, etc.)
• CPR and AED certified
• Passion for health and fitness
• A big smile and a great attitude
• Sincere in your communication, team player, care about others.
• Growth-minded and open to learning
