As a Fixed Income Sales Senior Manager (PL), you will manage a regional team of Fixed Income Specialists. Your teams will work with our largest and most sophisticated income investors, providing mentorship and counsel for their fixed income strategies, spanning across many solutions. Typical client interactions range from basic education and trade execution to highly detailed portfolio analysis and construction. As a team leader you will partner closely with our Branch Network and external partners in a wealth management context to drive asset consolidation, Advised Solutions Sales and deliver a world class client experience!
In this position, you will represent the Schwab brand and deliver on key performance metrics, such as Client Retention, Asset Flows and Advised Solutions. You will also help craft, communicate, and implement strategies related to your team’s function.
As part of your role, you will establish clear performance expectations and consistently communicate progress against those goals, as well as hold employees accountable for achievement of quantitative and qualitative measures. You will also build and develop a hard-working and diverse team, demonstrating complementary skills and abilities, as well as be a talent magnet, engaging in talent networks and encourage acquisitions of new talent for your organization. You will also ensure appropriate supervision of all client/prospect related activities, in partnership with the centralized supervision team.
