Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Site Coordinator to join our team. The Site Coordinator (SC) will oversee the school site and provide a quality educational environment that meets the need of all students. The SC will provide students with the academic support needed to cultivate excellence throughout the school and the community. The SC will participate in the development and implementation of the enrollment process and completion of success steps for prospective students. As a SC you are responsible for establishing an effective work place and school culture.
The SC will provide adequate supervision and acceptable student behavior at all school functions planned and operated by school personnel. SC delegates and monitors the adherence to rules and procedures for staff and student safety. SC plans appropriately to anticipate future building and equipment needs.
Key responsibilities will include any duties as needed and as directed by their supervisor. This is a 12-month position. (This is not a supervisory position)
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the educational site, including scheduling, facility maintenance, and student support services
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure effective delivery of educational programs
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive learning environment
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance and support as needed
- Assist in the recruitment and enrollment of students
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as parents, community organizations, and educational partners
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of education administration principles and practices
- Experience working with students in a higher education setting
- Proficiency in using educational software and technology tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders
