Fixed Income Analyst, Sr. jobs in Petersburg, VA

The Fixed Operations Manager will be responsible for the performance and profitability of all aspects of the parts and service departments for this well established automotive dealership. Reporting to the General Manager, this position is based in Prince George, BC and is responsible for conveying a culture that provides an extraordinary experience to every customer, every time.

Additionally, this person is responsible for the hiring, training and management of team members, achieving targets and goals set out for the parts and service departments and will collaborate daily with other department leaders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide extraordinary service at all times.
• Hire and train all staff for the fixed operations department and provide them with a positive team atmosphere. Coach them in achieving department targets.
• Ensure all work is completed correctly and efficiently and we are operating according to the client’s Canada Zone average or higher.
• Maintain all required processes and programs, complying with all workplace safety requirements and protocols.
• Ensure equipment and premises are maintained.
• Organizing paperwork and processes to maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Prepare monthly and annual budgets and forecasts for the departments.
• Communicate obstacles and opportunities to management when appropriate.
• Work effectively with leadership on strategic planning and objectives for the dealership.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Management experience required with a proven performance record.
• High School Diploma, Post-Secondary Education an asset.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Able to communicate effectively and courteously with all staff, customers, and management.
• Has strong organizational skills and is detail oriented with an attention to accuracy.
• Able to work in fast paced environment with the ability to multitask.
• Able to find solutions and resolve conflicts in a professional and respectful manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $22.26 - $49.65 per hour
