The Fixed Operations Manager will be responsible for the performance and profitability of all aspects of the parts and service departments for this well established automotive dealership. Reporting to the General Manager, this position is based in Prince George, BC and is responsible for conveying a culture that provides an extraordinary experience to every customer, every time.
Additionally, this person is responsible for the hiring, training and management of team members, achieving targets and goals set out for the parts and service departments and will collaborate daily with other department leaders and teams.
