Machine Operator - Skilled or Apprentice

• 
  Receive on-the-job training as an entry-level apprentice
• Build a career in operating CNC machines to drill and form custom-shaped steel plates accurately
• Operate and program CNC machines
• Maintain the machines & keep the tools clean and organized
• Inspect & measure each part with precision measuring tools to ensure they match the specs
• Double-check your work
• Work consistent hours from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday

We are looking for a Machine Operator that is hardworking & eager to build a career working on CNC machines. We are willing to provide on-the-job training for entry-level candidates.

Our Ideal Machine Operator:

• Education: High school graduate. Willing to work as an entry-level apprentice with on-the-job training for CNC machines, welding, plasma cutting, and other equipment. No certifications are necessary.
• Hardworking: Ambitious & eager to learn new skills. Takes pleasure in a hard day's work.
• Detailed: Ensure the programming was correctly set and check the completed work with a critical eye.
• Attentive: Someone with focus and the ability to keep a close eye on the machines while running.
• Active: This is a job for someone who likes to be on the move – walking, standing, lifting 35-40 lbs, climbing, bending, operating equipment, etc.
