The Fixture Builder ensures jigs function appropriately with complex angles or contours. Assembles a variety of standard and non-standard major jigs, fixtures and related tooling. Being a Fixture Builder designs and creates jig and fixture details and holding devices. Responsible for determining methods and sequence of operations and scheduling work to be performed from tool design drawings. In addition, Fixture Builder may be required to verify accuracy and quality in accordance with established control procedures. Requires a high school diploma in a related area with certification in the field. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Working as a Fixture Builder typically requires 3-5 years of related experience. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Requirements
Our Builder C- Drawer Builder are responsible to take the box parts from the carts and organize them on a machine (Drawer Clamp). While the machine staples some of parts, the employee is responsible for stapling the corners together using a staple gun and position’s drawer parts in clamp for assembly.
Required Qualifications:
· Must be 18 years of age or older
· Willingness to submit for pre-employment background check and drug screening
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Ability to use an electric or manual pallet jack to move the cabinets over to the truck/trailer.
· Ability to lift and move the product to its location without damaging the product.
· High attention to detail to meet specifications and to work safely.
· Successfully work in a team environment
Salary: The compensation for this position is $19.94 - $24.13 hourly. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
