Home Deco is hiring Salespeople to specialize or have experience in the home renovation and installation industry.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sale professional knowledgeable in the Home Decoration & Rennovation industry – exceptional experience in outside sales is a plus. This position also requires excellent hospitality, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, time management, a sense of urgency/priority, and the ability to process information with efficient accuracy.

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities and to ensure overall customer satisfaction for their clients. The Outside Sales Representative will need to build relationships with prospects and clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. We are looking for driven individuals that genuinely appreciate delivering outstanding customer service. If you have a strong work ethic, are detail-oriented, persistent, and have a strong desire to excel financially and professionally, then this job is for you! Our Sales Representative will acquire, grow, and maintain new and existing customers. They will find and generate new business by pursuing company-provided leads, referrals, networking, and cold calling.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service to our Customers
• Meet & Exceed Sales Goals
• Manage and complete all assigned tasks
• Develop and maintain strong vendor and customer relationships
• Engage, pursue, and follow through with customers.
• Effectively communicate with vendors and customers
• Participate in ongoing training with vendors, building codes, and sales skills.
• Is comfortable and able to communicate and sell to the customers by phone in a friendly, positive manner
• Consistently operates with a sense of urgency for customers
• Consistently establishes the customer needs
• Ability to resolve customer concerns and manage customer concerns effectively
• Uses demonstrations to create theater and energy in the showroom
• Follows company guidelines for customer service expectations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
