In addition, Fixture Builder may be required to verify accuracy and quality in accordance with established control procedures. Builder/Log Crafter
Primary function of this position is to craft log structures and assemble log structures both in-house and on-site. Some building experience required – we will train qualified candidate on how we do our log work.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Hours: Monday through Friday, overtime as necessary. Some travel required for on-site reassembly - premium pay for travel. Good communication and organizational skills a plus.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Pay: $20 - $22/hour, depending on experience. Vacation, sick pay and additional benefits offered.

Carpenters/Log Crafters needed to craft log structures. Will train but Experience preferred for fast paced, busy log home company. Qualifications: self-starter, punctual, reliable, detail oriented. May need to travel to job site, out-of-state for several days to several weeks to re-stack log homes/projects. Must work as a team player with a positive attitude. Ideal candidates must have attention to detail to quality craftsmanship and ability to produce a quality product in a timely manner. Must be able to lift 75lbs, able to stand and walk for long periods of time, handle heights and scaffolding work. Be able to use a chainsaw, chipping hammer and various hand/power tools or have the ability to learn and become proficient. Valid Driver’s License.
