Fleet Administrator assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Lube Technician - Fleet
We are looking for a Lube Technician that can join our team to provide preventative Maintenance to our tow truck and wreckers. The position responsibilities will be pulling transmissions and install transmissions greasing, oil change, tire change. As with all jobs in the vehicle maintenance field maintaining clearly written repair records, a clean work area and talking with co-workers to clarify a concern on the vehicle is a must-have skill. We are looking for highly motivated, dependable individuals who can use their skills to excel every day. We offer great benefits and a team environment.
Essential Duties- Applying lubricants to the moving parts of vehicle engines to prevent premature engine wear and ensure optimal engine performance.
- Lubricating wheel bearings to prevent excessive tire wear.
- Performing engine cleanings to prevent rust formation.
- Replacing cabin, fuel, air, and oil filters as required.
- Performing tire rotations to ensure even tire wear.
- Testing tire pressure and adding air as needed.
- Thoroughly inspecting customers’ vehicles for oil leaks.
- Making recommendations for additional servicing based on initial vehicle inspections.
- Notifying the Manager when vehicle maintenance or servicing cannot be completed within scheduled timeframes.

- Must be able to speak, write and communicate in English.
- Ability to communication calmly and effectively.
- Time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when documenting information.
Qualifications, Education and Experience- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant trade school or able to demonstrate hands-on job experience.
- Proven experience in automotive maintenance and repair.
Physical Requirements
Job requires lifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, significant bending and reaching, climbing. significant physical strength and stamina. Ability to lift and pull at least 40 lbs. good hearing and vision required.Benefits Offered- Two Medical plans
