Fleet Administrator, Sr. jobs in Pembroke Pines, FL
Fleet Administrator, Sr. assists in administrating and coordinating motor vehicle fleet operations. Understands OSHA, DOT, fleet-specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements. Being a Fleet Administrator, Sr. prepares and maintains accurate records of vehicles, insurance, and required regulatory filings and reporting. Coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance scheduling that support fleet vehicle availability requirements. Additionally, Fleet Administrator, Sr. may assist with safety training and communication programs. May require an associate degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Fleet Administrator, Sr. works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. - Oversee the maintenance, scheduling, and logistics of our luxury RV fleet.
- Ensure vehicles are in top condition for customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with mechanics and service providers for timely repairs and maintenance.
*Manage day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth operations
- Handle all warranty work orders and paperwork
- Maintain organized records of the fleet and have an efficient filing system.
*Supervise and motivate office staff to achieve optimal performance.
- Foster a positive and safe work environment and teamwork among employees.
- Conduct training sesswions to enhance te4am skills.
- Coordinates with various departments to streamline workflows.
- Implement efficient processes to enhance overall company efficiency.
