Prepare and deliver recommendations based on thorough analysis of financial data, consumer trends and other information.

Assist with the review of NECC and irregular/expeditionary warfare-related instructions and doctrine such as concepts of operations (CONOP), required operational capability/projected operational environment (ROC/POE), and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP), and provide recommendations to improve the documents and incorporate them into Fleet training.

Manage new processes and projects to ensure that all system limitations and business requirements for downstream systems have been identified and addressed prior to implementation.

Review the monthly release notes for FWS relevance, and communicate system changes of assigned functional areas to Regional Personal Property and Fleet Managers and other key stakeholders in Headquarters and at the Regional level.

Provide warfare area data collection, reconstruction and analysis to develop graphical representations, screen shots, reports, charts and replays to government personnel using data collection and display tools, including the Joint After Action Report - Resource Library (JAAR-RL), SIMDIS, Performance Evaluation Tool , Real Time Extraction and Analysis Projection , Portable Multipurpose Data Acquisition System, Warfare Assessment Module, GCCS-M/J, Common Operational Picture (COP) Measures of Effectiveness (MOE), chat and voice communications systems, and MS Office products on web pages and personal computers.

Develop transformational courses of action to ensure understanding, consensus, and alignment of requirements and measures of effectiveness (MOE).

Demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate and communicate between the vendors providing motor vehicles and fuel cards for the NVLP, and the FBI law enforcement program managers.
