Responsibilities:

• Interact with business aviation customers via telephone and email exchanges
• Relay sensitive aviation messages
• Provide logistical assistance for flight crews
• Offer customer account, software, troubleshooting, and training support
• Provide technical assistance on various aviation platforms
• Coordinate training sessions and manage expense reimbursements
• Assist in managing a 24/7 scheduling system
• Manage office supplies and troubleshoot basic software

Education Qualification:

• HS diploma, GED, or AA/AS degree is required

Required Skills:

• Experience in aviation with basic knowledge of aviation terminology preferred
• Proficiency in PC operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple customer requests simultaneously
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively
• Bilingual in Spanish is desired.
