Group Fitness Instructor

Job Summary

F45 Training Brunswick ME is looking for a passionate and dedicated fitness instructor to join our team. This position is responsible for teaching group fitness classes to our members in a safe and effective manner. The instructor will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the studio, as well as, the overall well-being of the program.

Essential Functions:
·Ensure members are learning in a fun, supportive, and energetic manner.
·Ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
·Ensure that members are following all F45 Training Brunswick ME safety policies and procedures.
·Communicate with management regarding any member issues that need addressing.
·Be the primary point of contact for members during class.
·Ensure that members are informed of all fitness services available at Brunswick, ME and be able to confidently sell memberships to potential members.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in group fitness teaching or personal training preferred (preferred if you have experience in boot camps or military fitness).

Compensation is based on experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Group fitness: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• AED Certification (Required)
• CPR Certification (Required)
