We're looking for dedicated individuals to help keep commercial buildings clean and orderly. As a member of our team, you'll perform a variety of heavy cleaning duties, including floor cleaning, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and trash removal.

Responsibilities also include communicating and coordinating with crew members and management regarding cleaning activities, as well as identifying needs for supplies, equipment, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional restroom service, ensuring cleanliness and stocking of supplies.
• Utilize a variety of techniques to clean building walls and floors, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming.
• Efficiently gather and dispose of trash and waste materials to maintain a tidy environment.
• Follow strict procedures for the safe and effective use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Prepare cleaning solutions according to precise specifications, ensuring optimal results.
• Enhance the appearance of windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using professional cleaning methods.
• Alert the lead/supervisor to any major repairs or additions required for building operating systems.
• Coordinate with team members to streamline maintenance and cleaning activities for maximum efficiency.

Requirements:

• Clean felony record
• Drug-free
• Preferred experience with cleaning equipment
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
• Ability to drive trucks or other vehicles to and from work sites
• Some positions may require safety certification testing
