Being a Flight Inspector (Jet) performs preflight and post flight inspections identifying any breach of standards for safe flight. Requires a high school diploma, a flight inspector license. Additionally, Flight Inspector (Jet) typically reports to the Chief Flight Inspector. The Flight Inspector (Jet) independently performs a wide range of complex duties under general guidance from supervisors. The role involves frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including occasional wet or humid conditions and temperatures exceeding 95 degrees Fahrenheit. The work environment typically maintains a moderate noise level. As a hospitality-focused business, maintaining a hospitable service atmosphere is essential at all times.
Physical Demands:
Candidates must be capable of regularly lifting and/or transporting up to 60 pounds and maintaining hydration in varied conditions. Specific vision abilities, including close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, are required. The position involves regular standing, walking, hand usage, reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, sitting, crawling, and verbal communication.

Prior related experience is preferred, with a background in tourism/guest services or climbing/mountaineering preferred.
Preference in hiring is given to minimally qualified members of federally recognized Native American tribes.
