Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide one-on-one assistance to Digital Inclusion program participants (in-person, over the phone and/or virtual), who need help building skills in computer, tablet and cell phone usage, online research, and general digital confidence.
2. Assist in accessing and usage of health-related applications, such as MyChart and telehealth
3. Provide Office Hours support for participants.
4. Coordinate or provide linkage to Best Buy Business or Total Tech Support as needed.
5. Conduct phone or in-person outreach to complete initial screening, skills testing and follow-up surveys.

1. Develop and/or deliver “How To” sessions for basic software applications.
2. Develop and/or provide learning sessions to participants about online or digital scams, online financial and e-commerce literacy (e.g. online grocery shopping, online purchases managing email subscriptions, recognizing junk email or phishing scams, etc).  Sessions may be one-on-one or group settings, delivered in-person or in virtual format.
3. Create bi-monthly newsletters about above mentioned learning sessions.

1. Participate in Project and Team calls related to Digital Inclusion programs.
2. Identify and implement LEAN process engineering activities.
3. Participate in the development and implementation of the local performance culture.
4. Exemplify the Agency 3C’s corporate culture in all activities and interactions with staff, members, consumers, stakeholders as well as the community at large.
5. Maintain minimum proficiency in all requisite computer applications and software.

Participate in and contribute towards accomplishment of divisional and Agency dashboard goals.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Health or related field or 4-6 years or relevant experience in Customer Service and Technology
