Southern Tier AIDS Program, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time HCV Navigator in our Ithaca office working 15 hours per week. This position provides assistance in all areas of HCV program operation including: conducting education sessions, offering appointment reminders, facilitating transportation access, accompanying clients to appointments, advocating with providers, and linking clients to additional necessary services in the community. Work to recruit clients eligible for HCV treatment, de-stigmatize treatment access, assist with client engagement and retention along the HCV treatment continuum, and provide support and adherence counseling to clients throughout defined care cascade benchmarks.
