Flight Scheduler coordinates aircraft schedules according to crew availability, mechanical requirements, weather, customs requests, and government regulations. Advises the appropriate personnel of potential delays or cancellations. Being a Flight Scheduler may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a Flight Scheduler typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
