Flight Scheduler jobs in the United States

The selected applicant will build the activity schedule for all aircraft, students, and instructors.

Education and/or Experience:

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
• Aviation knowledge preferred
• Administrative and/or scheduling experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Schedule all flight, ground, and simulator activities for the following day
• Prioritize scheduled activities based on adapting resources and flight training needs
• Schedule progress check exams as required
• Pleasantly accept in-person questions regarding scheduling, during office hours
• Complete administrative tasks as deemed necessary by management
• Work alongside other Epic Flight Academy staff to ensure efficient flight training for students

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to use hands, hear and verbally communicate.
• Ability to walk around campus many times a day.

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday - 10:00 am - 6:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
