We are looking for a full-time scheduler at our electrical testing and emergency response company in Holbrook, MA. This position works closely with the sales staff to schedule, staff, and track electrical testing jobs. Candidate should have good communication skills to coordinate with customers, local utilities, and our technicians to ensure jobs are properly staffed and resourced. Must be organized with good workflow efficiency. This position has extensive interactions with all levels of the small business and will be integral to daily operation of the company. An excellent opportunity to step in and learn the ins and outs of the electrical testing business.
Job duties include: Ensuring daily jobs have materials and equipment, Dispatching technicians for emergency calls, updating company databases with latest information, and assist in the report drafting process. Candidate should be mechanically inclined and prepared to work some Saturdays in the field to obtain a well-rounded understanding of the business. Job training will be provided as necessary.
Hours: 8am - 4:30pm with overtime available on weekends
Familiarity with Microsoft Office necessary
