Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flight Instructor to join our team. As a Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for providing flight training and instruction to aspiring pilots. This is an exciting opportunity to share your knowledge and passion for aviation with others.Duties:
- Conduct flight training sessions in accordance with established curriculum
- Provide one-on-one instruction to students, both in the classroom and in the aircraft
- Demonstrate proper techniques and procedures for takeoff, landing, and in-flight maneuvers
- Supervise and evaluate student performance during flight lessons
- Develop and update training materials and lesson plans
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of student training activitiesSkills:
- Excellent time management skills to effectively plan and organize flight lessons
- Strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor students throughout their training
- Proficient in aviate software for flight planning and navigation purposes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for record keeping and data analysis
- Ability to educate and explain complex aviation concepts in a clear and concise manner
- Experience supervising student pilots during flight operations
- Knowledge of curriculum development principles for aviation training programsTwin rating and training are desirable
