oComplete data entry of schedules into scheduling system.Complete corrections to punches for coworkers as needed.Process payroll on a weekly basis.
oResponsible for record keeping and storage of timekeeping records per company policy.
oAssist with monitoring of attendance for coworker population.
Recruitment Function :
oReceive applications and complete an initial screening of candidates.
oAssist in the scheduling of applicants for interviews with the HR Manager.
oSupport HR Manager in new hire processing by preparing new hire paperwork and orientation materials.
