**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Training & Testing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying training needs and creating learning and development plans for revenue cycle functions in Patient Access and Patient Financial Services. Your responsibilities will include developing training curriculum, conducting training sessions, and performing quality assurance to enhance processes. Additionally, you will provide audit and testing support for implementations, new releases/upgrades, file maintenance, and optimization.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience.
- Previous experience in training or related positions.
- Proficiency in software like Epic, Soarian, EDM, MS4, ADT, etc.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Project management, technical implementation, or change management experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
- Flexibility to provide user support and advance project goals.
- Availability for possible weekends and on-call duties.
- Valid state licenses if required.
