Position Summary: The main role of the Training Coordinator is to provide support with the training program at Fidelity Manufacturing. Work with the Training Manager to continually evaluate the training process and implement plans to improve the training process to ensure a high level of competency throughout the various roles and positions at Fidelity Manufacturing.
Essential Functions- Assist in the development of training materials
- Detailed work instructions, training videos, plans and manuals
- Learn Paycor LMS and become proficient in utilizing system
- Ensure all trainees receive the appropriate training manual for their department position
- Schedule / conduct training progress meetings
- With trainee and designated area trainers
- Provide regular training progress reports for all trainees
- Submit report to Training Manager/Trainer/Trainee
- Assist in the development of training focus topics based on the training progress reports
- Assist in tracking of refresher training and progress made (OJT)
- Assist in the documentation of all training events
- Assist in the retention of all training documents per the applied standards.
- Schedule / Conduct training events as required
- Demonstrate knowledge and adherence to ISO9001:2015 standard
- Other tasks deemed appropriate per the Training Manager
Skills- Excellent communication and computer literacy skills
- Ability to develop good working relationships and trust with various teams
- Strong time management skills and be very detail oriented.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly
- Demonstrated leadership skills
Qualifications- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience working with LMS software
- 2 years’ experience training personnel
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communications and time management skills
- Well-developed motivational and leadership skills
