Responsibilities include:

• Provides support to course trainers and participants to ensure a safe and stimulating virtual educational environment.​
• Assist with live online training setup and administration.
• Provide customer service for students regarding courses and certification processes.
• Oversee online training delivery and participation to ensure certification compliance.
• Monitor student participation and troubleshoot issues during live virtual courses.
• Assist with database management.
• Developing course materials and promotional assets needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree /or minimum 5-years of related experience

Required Experience:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule (including Saturdays).
• Excellent technical, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Experience with MS Office suite
• Can work independently or as part of a team.
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with SQL database and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with web-based trainings and Zoom.
• Working with culturally diverse populations.
