Your Role
The Training Programs Coordinator reports to the Training Administration Supervisor and is responsible for the coordination and administration of the various training programs within the Training Center. Utilizing the LMS and all supporting tools to maintain training compliance, profiles, content, system notifications and training progress.

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT: Essential responsibilities are performed in a climate-controlled office, but not limited to the office. Must be able to cope with stress due to the pressures of accomplishing set goals, meeting short deadlines, maintaining numerous projects simultaneously, employee confrontations and long work hours.
