Your Role

The Training Programs Coordinator reports to the Training Administration Supervisor and is responsible for the coordination and administration of the various training programs within the Training Center. Utilizing the LMS and all supporting tools to maintain training compliance, profiles, content, system notifications and training progress.

• Creates systems and workflows to ensure that all course resources are properly set up and available.
• Creates LMS training profiles for new employees
• Updates existing employee’s LMS training profile
• Creates and import new training materials into LMS
• Assigns trainings and/or SQBNs to employees using LMS
• Maintains updated curriculum database and training records
• Generates various training reports when required
• Provides administration assistance for all existing training programs and weekly orientation program
• Tracks the OJT progress of graduates from the various training programs
• Reviews and monitors employee’s training compliance
• Creates and lead long-term improvement plans for training administration

What You'll Need

• Strong leadership, organization and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work as a team
• Excellent time management, problem solving and both verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, learning management systems and e-learning platforms
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and analysis of data
• Associate degree or equivalent experiences in training, education or other relevant fields

Job Specifications

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Climate controlled office / classroom environment, but not limited to this environment.

SUPERVISION: Under general direction. Performs assignment after receiving general instructions as to methods, procedures, and desired end results. Some opportunity for discretion when making selections among a few, easily identifiable choices. Assignment usually reviewed upon completion

INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS: A strong level of interpersonal skills is required to maintain an effective relationship among employees, various departments, management, and the public.

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT: Essential responsibilities are performed in a climate-controlled office, but not limited to the office. Must be able to cope with stress due to the pressures of accomplishing set goals, meeting short deadlines, maintaining numerous projects simultaneously, employee confrontations and long work hours.
