The COPA Play League Coordinator is ultimately responsible for delivering a world class experience to everyone who participates in the COPA Soccer Training Center Leagues, Tournaments, Open Play, and Rentals. Reporting to the Competitions Division Director and the Programs Manager, the Programs Coordinator is a part of a group of soccer industry professionals, tasked with the management and documentation of a new business concept for soccer engagement, centered around the use of cutting-edge technology, the development of new assessment-based training methodologies and the creation of a true soccer community at COPA.
This role is a part-time position with potential for growth. Primarily evenings and weekends, the ideal candidate is someone who loves to be around soccer, comfortable talking with people, organized and looking for a career in the sports and/or fitness industry. The COPA Play team works with a wide range of facility users, from adult and youth leagues, to Open Play participants and renters from soccer as well as other sports. This individual will be introduced to multiple facets of the sports facility industry, and will have the opportunity to improve existing programming while looking for opportunities to extend COPA Play offerings.

1. Support the growth of new and existing programs while maintaining the community ethos withing COPA Soccer Training Center.
2. Coordinate with our COPA members to meet their needs in a timely manner.
3. Effectively organize our programs to meet expectations of our community.
4. Manage referee check-ins and implementations of rules. Reporting any discrepancies or concerns in a timely manner to the Program Manager or the Referee Assignor.
5. Report Injuries and Incidents to the PAD Committee.
6. Effectively implementing marketing strategies within our programs such as Playsight usage and content collection.
