Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and oversee program activities and events at our site.
· Engage with program participants, providing support and assistance as needed.
· Assist in the management of grant funds and ensure compliance with grant requirements.
· Collaborate with local community organizations to promote program awareness and foster partnerships.
· Provide training and supervision to volunteers and interns assisting with program activities.
· Participate in program evaluation activities to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
· Maintain organized documentation and prepare reports on program outcomes and metrics.
Qualifications:
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.
· Experience in program coordination or community outreach preferred.
· Knowledge of grant management and compliance is a plus.
· Flexibility to adapt to changing program needs and priorities.
