Float Manager manages and leads a group of float analysts. Oversees information regarding float activities within an organization. Being a Float Manager designs and implements necessary process changes to speed check processing and reduce float time. Stays abreast of laws enacted by the Federal Reserve to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly. Additionally, Float Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Float Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Float Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Education & Experience
- At least 1 years' supervisory experience in a residential setting
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

This Full-Time, salaried position is typically a M-F schedule however this position also has on-call responsibilities for emergencies and other hours may be needed based on the need of the residential program you are covering
Qualifications
Other Requirements:
- A valid NYS license and clean driving record are required as you will be responsible to drive individuals to appointments and activities
- The ability to be on call for emergencies
- Certified or certification or eligible for Medication Administration, First-Aid and CPR
- Certified or certification or eligible for SCIP-R - based on program need
