As RN Nurse Manager Float Pool, you will manage the overall delivery of quality patient care through overseeing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This includes managing nursing staff, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and ensuring that patients receive the highest quality care possible. The RN Nurse Manager Float Pool is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.

Requirements include:

• Experience working in hospital leadership
• Current NY RN license or ability to obtain license upon hire
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
