Float Manager manages and leads a group of float analysts. Oversees information regarding float activities within an organization. Being a Float Manager designs and implements necessary process changes to speed check processing and reduce float time. Stays abreast of laws enacted by the Federal Reserve to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly. Additionally, Float Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Float Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Float Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must have basic computer and administrative skills. Must have a work history that reflects the ability to work at a quick pace while creating and enjoying a great work environment.

    SCHEDULE | Currently a part-time position is available 3 days a week to include shifts between Thursday-Sunday. Potential for additional hours if available. Currently closed on Tuesday. Weekends and holidays required. One year of customer service and/or wellness industry experience required.

    COMPENSATION | $19.27-20.27 per hour, based on experience. 90-day review, complimentary unlimited use of services (Cryo-2 comp per month), family and friends pricing program.
