Float Manager manages and leads a group of float analysts. Oversees information regarding float activities within an organization. Being a Float Manager designs and implements necessary process changes to speed check processing and reduce float time. Stays abreast of laws enacted by the Federal Reserve to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly. Additionally, Float Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Float Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Float Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. COOK

IN-PLANT MEALS

➢ Work with no supervision while on job site.
➢ Ability to drive a Company Van.
➢ Lifting, standing and body motion a must.
➢ Knowledgeable of Health Laws regulating temperatures, etc.
➢ Presentation of food required
➢ Cross trained to do other Food Service jobs .
CATERING
➢ Varied work hours.
➢ Requires valid driver’s license and ability to drive a Company Van.
➢ Knowledgeable of Health Laws.
➢ Ability to prepare, serve and clean up for each function.
➢ Lifting, standing and body motion required.
➢ Ability to meet the public and represent our company in a professional manner.

COMMISSARY DUTIES
➢ Pulling frozen food from freezer
➢ Labeling packaged food
➢ Packing food in cooler
➢ Preparing salads and sandwiches
➢ Cleaning
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT
➢ Frequent stooping, bending, lifting, and reaching over head.
➢ Must be able to work in a cold & wet environment.
➢ Lifting of up to 30 pounds infrequently.
➢ Frequent lifting of up to 20 pounds.
➢ Must be able to stand for at least 4 hours at a time.
