Being a Float Manager designs and implements necessary process changes to speed check processing and reduce float time. Stays abreast of laws enacted by the Federal Reserve to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly. Additionally, Float Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Float Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Float Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Registered Nurse, RN - Float Pool
Our Registered Nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient. Our RN's oversee a group of patients with the support of patient care technicians to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up. This role is all about the relationships and bond you will create with patients and their families. Dialysis experience preferred. Applicant must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Current state nursing license required.
The RN will be floating between 3 area clinics.
