Floor Assembly Supervisor jobs in Nevada

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous experience as a Front of House Supervisor or Manager is preferred.
• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to motivate and identify problems in service issues in a professional manner.
• Must possess a valid Health Card and issued by the Southern Nevada Heath District.
• Must have basic math and problem solving skills.

· Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, lift, and clean during various activities throughout shift.

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Essential Job Functions:

• Greet all guests sincerely with a smile and eye contact, and provide superior guest service.
• Actively promote the venue by engaging every guest and potential guest with in your immediate reach
• Efficiently assist greeters in seating guests following the service sequence standards of Rockhouse.
• Answer telephone calls properly and directing the call to the appropriate party when necessary.
• Run food to tables throughout the restaurant announcing each item as delivered.
• Actively market Rockhouse and other FINE ENTERTAINMENT venues by collecting guest’s personal information for the marketing database.
• Must maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all guidelines established by the Southern Nevada Health District.
• Maintain effective communication with Operational Managers with staff issues or maintenance issues.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the venue.
• Implement the standards for the Greeter position and facilitate smooth operation of the department
• Assist staff in any areas needed to ensure proper service standards are met.
• Assistant Management in set up and execution of any large party events.
• Adhere to all Department and Company Policies and Procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
