We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

-Send/respond to emails.

-Ability to drive and perform “in-home” and “on-site” measurements and estimates.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions and customer orders/quotes accurately using RFMS
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and desk
- Be a team player. Maintain a positive attitude & atmosphere with customers & employees.
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a consistent basis
- Build and maintain customer relationships through excellent service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.

```Requirements```
- 2 YEARS OF FLOORING EXPERIENCE
- Strong communication, presentation, and people skills.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ambitious, results oriented, self motivated, honest and driven individuals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.81 - $21.45 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
