Floor Broker receives buy and sell orders from clients or company executives and completes these orders on the securities trading floor. Evaluates market volatility and ensures clients receive the best rate available. Being a Floor Broker requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and may require state licensure. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Floor Broker typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. If you join our team as a Concrete Polisher, these would be your job responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading the work trailer
- Prepping work areas
- Removal of existing flooring
- Grinding concrete with special machinery
- Pouring self level / concrete
- Polishing the concrete with industrial buffers
- Occasionally Install rubber flooring

Requirements of the position:
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays. (Sunday - Thursday)
- Lots of overtime
- Communicate effectively with customers and management
- Be respectful to team, supervisors, and customers
- Can lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Perks to include:
- $100 sign-on bonus contingent upon one-week perfect attendance (Local hires only, must live within a 60 miles of the Jobsite)
- If you work outside of a 60 mile radius of the job site, you will receive $100 per diem per day
