Job Description:
This rotational sales internship position is designed to provide a wholistic training approach to the sales channel, with a focus on customer-facing interaction, the annual sales lifecycle, middle and back-office integration, and functionality, to provide expert guidance and a consultative approach to Independence customers and external business partners.
In addition, the intern will cross-train on various broker partnerships, analyzing and interpreting data, designed to manage various communication and supplemental plans that coincide with Annual Operating Plan.
