Floor Broker receives buy and sell orders from clients or company executives and completes these orders on the securities trading floor. Evaluates market volatility and ensures clients receive the best rate available. Being a Floor Broker requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and may require state licensure. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. To be a Floor Broker typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Looking for a technician to be crossed trained in carpet and other types of floor cleaning as well as water restoration. Prefer experience but will train the right candidate. Evening availibility a must as most shifts will be evening time at commercial job sites. Hours vary by scheduled jobs. Get schedule weekly for the next week. Must have valid drivers license and be willing to learn the trade to provide the standard of service we guarantee.
