Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or related field and/or a minimum of two years of progressive healthcare management and team leadership experience
• Basic understanding of medical coding, billing and collections. Experience with process improvement and team engagement initiatives

• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to comfortably interact with diverse populations
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with a strong customer service orientation

• Creative and able to identify and use innovative approaches for leading a health care team and operational problem solving
• Able to effectively maintain the workload expected of a healthcare administrator
• Ability to plan and implement programs and projects with designated time frames
• Continuously promotes self-growth and keeps current on health care regulatory compliance
