The Floor Operations Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Floor Operations Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Core Responsibilities:

    • Provides direct leadership, management and direction to a number of the Bank’s Deposit Services, Document and Item Processing and Electronic Services departmental teams;
    • Aligns the Operations Department with the strategic direction of the Bank; 
    • Collaborates with stakeholders and leverage process re-engineering/root cause analysis to improve workflows that enhance customer service experiences and operational efficiencies;
    • Proactively monitors changes in legislation and practices and recommends changes to Bank policies and procedures in order to comply with such changes;
    • Develops and implements strategic and annual business plan to align with strategic direction of Bank;
    • Continuously improves workflows to create best in class customer experience by enhancing and refining capabilities and processes to adopt process improvements for operational efficiency, complexity and scale;
    • Manages partnerships with vendors optimizing integrated solution offerings and services and negotiating contracts;
    • Project management which includes the coordination and testing of core and related application installations and upgrades; 
    • Strong experience in supporting and converting core banking, digital banking and 3rd party applications.
    • Responsible for the implementation and testing of new products; and,
    • Develops the annual budget for the department and adheres to budget parameters. 

    Reporting to our SVP Information Systems Manager, the requirements of this position are:

    Essential:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent; A B.S. or B.A. in MIS, Accounting or related degree;
    • A minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in related positions normally required which would include at least seven years of implementing system innovation, process simplification, procedural oversight, and operational incident management;  
    • Strong people skills, adept at working both cross-functional and intact team environments;
    • Demonstrated strong critical thinking, especially navigating between strategic planning and tactical execution;
    • Demonstrated strong project management skills; and,
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
    • Knowledge of information technology functions including MIS, cards/ATM processing, document and item processing, ACH processing, wire transfer processing, online banking, deposit processing, workflow processing, etc.; and,
    • Knowledge of core banking solutions and 3rd party banking applications;
    • Demonstrated leadership skills – coaching and developing others, managing results-based performance, building a cohesive team environment.  

    Beneficial:

    Location: Gettysburg PA

    Pay Range: Between $125,000 and $200,000 annually,
