Responsibilities:

• Design and create floral arrangements tailored to events such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, funerals, and corporate gatherings.

• Consult with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, providing expert guidance on floral options and themes.

• Maintain a well-organized, visually appealing shop display that showcases our range of arrangements and seasonal offerings.

• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and freshness of all flowers and plants.

• Care for and maintain the health of plants and flowers, ensuring quality standards for each arrangement.

• Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, assisting with order customization, and fostering long-lasting relationships.

• Collaborate with team members on special projects, events, and promotional initiatives.

• Ensure all designs meet or exceed quality standards and align with client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Floral Designer, Florist, or in a similar creative role.

• Strong artistic and design skills, with a keen eye for color, texture, and detail.

• In-depth knowledge of various flower types, their seasonal availability, and specific care requirements.

• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage multiple tasks.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift items of moderate weight.

• Certification in floral design or related field is a plus.
