Description
The F&B Supervisor is to ensure proper training and supervision of all F&B team members at the direction of F&B Manager and Assistant Manager, to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Two Kings Casino Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures in all areas of operations related to guest service experience for all Outlets
(includes full Casino Service Bars, Lobby Bar, Snack Bar, Restaurant, and EDR).
Responsibilities:
Supervision of all outlets during operation
Assist in overall supervision of the department as outlined in Supervisor’s job description
Assist with Attendance, check Team Member’s punctuality and document call off and tardiness
Assist with deliveries, placing truck orders, checking in trucks
Assist in completing inventory process and ordering necessary items, spot check pars levels
Assist with inventory and ordering daily supplies
Supervise food prep work while maintaining food quality, presentation, and sanitation standards
To monitor and critique the quality and consistency of the food product.
Examine food preparation and beverage presentation to ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor food and liquor par levels / requisitions
Ensure that pre-shift meeting conducted with F&B Team Members daily for all shifts
Train and ensure that F&B Team Members follow designated service scenarios
Train, coach, and counsel and effectively communicate with all F&B Outlets Team Members
Assist in Outlets as necessary
Bring innovation and creative ideas and be able to plan ahead
Maintain cleanliness and health code standards
Handle guest comments and complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
Completed required POS audits and assist F&B Team Members with bank or transactions needs
Stay and rove casino the floor and outlets, communicate with guests and receive feedback. Monitor Team Members performance and assist as needed
Maintain condition of Bars, EDR, Venues, etc.
Monitor food waste
Administrative responsibilities such as payroll, scheduling, ordering, daily recaps, etc.
Monitor labor and payroll costs, granting early outs
Check bar controls shot glass use, red lining, bottles totally empty.
Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor liability laws
Dram Shop Act - Prohibiting the sale/service of alcohol to intoxicated guests. Monitor and control productivity of all Outlets (includes Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, Mini Bar). Proper scheduling according to business demands, etc.
Assist manager and Assistant Manager in:
Scheduling
Completing weekly payroll
Participate in interviewing new employees.
Cost control
Prepare maintenance requests and follow-up
Complete other assigned duties
Ideal candidate, prefer a minimum of at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hotel, restaurant, and high school diploma or equivalent required
Individual must be able to work in fast-paced environment and multitask
Proven effective leader and ability to delegate
Able to train, develop and lead a team to success
Computer literate and detail orientated a must, basic mathematical skills and be able to create and understand financial reports
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as organizational skills
Flexible schedule to include weekends, holidays, available to work all shifts (day, swing, & night shift) Performs other duties assigned

Qualifications
Ability to effectively communicate with others in a leadership capacity.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience, as a supervisor or Lead Line Cook.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming License
Must be 21 years or older
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attentive and detailed oriented.
Basic math skills: ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions.
Physical Requirements
Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, blend, whip etc. a variety of foods and liquids. Ability to lift and carry large pans from ovens or freezers, weighing up to 50 lbs.
Standing and walking for entire length of shift.
Frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at waist, bending and squatting.
Pushing and pulling occasionally, to move equipment, mops, and brooms.
