At Five Star BreakTime solutions, the Office Adminstrative Assistant position will assist in customer service, administrative support, data entry and support to various departments and managers. Attention to detail and an excellent level of accuracy are critical for success in this support position. Excellent multi-level verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• A high regard for customer service and employee relations
• Ability to support incoming customer calls using multi-line switchboard and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Must be Proficient in Microsoft Excel, word etc.
• Accurate data entry with the ability to recognize and fix errors.
• Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer
• Examine and distribute documents and correspondence as needed.
• Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
• Work on other tasks and special projects as requested.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative support role.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass drug screening.
• Must be able to consent to a background check.

Position Information:

• Status: Full-Time
• :Hours: Monday-Friday (7:30am-4:30pm)
• Pay: $14.50(Hourly)
