Monday thru Friday, 4:30 AM Start Time

Job Summary: 

The Culinary Associate will perform tasks including: food product assembly, packaging of food products, cooking, organizing, and cleaning.  This position works in a fast-paced environment and has advancement opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conforms to all HACCP, Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice procedures.
• Trains for all culinary tasks including: Preparation, Cooking, Production, and Packaging of prepared food items. Adheres to recipes, production, and quality standards as part of a high functioning team of individuals.
• Performs tasks and assignments in a safe and productive manner as required by the Production Supervisor and Production Manager.
• Our Culinary Associates have multiple roles in the kitchen and are cross-trained to be an active part of the team. Team members take on a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities based on the daily needs of the team and can develop different work skills in the process.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications:

• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for 8-10 hours.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Must be able to work independently and in a team depending on the task assigned
• Must be able to work in all zones of the kitchen as needed (culinary floor, coolers, freezers, ect.)
