Completes daily menu and sanitation records on a daily basis. Submits records/reports as required.
    Participates in staff meetings and training sessions. Responsible for kitchen clean up, including dishwashing. Assist teachers in implementing class food projects. Delivers food service in a safe, healthy manner for children and staff. Assist in parent involvement and mobilization.

    High school diploma or general education development diploma (GED). Minimum of 3-year experience in planning and preparing meals for school or other institution. Must have experience in volume cooking. Must obtain or have a food safety (SERV Safe or Safe Dine) certification.
    Knowledge of nutrition, health and safety for young children. No citations for child abuse or neglect. CPR and first aid certified.
