Qualifications:
Must be able to cook Specials and Caterings. Ex. Chicken Parmigiana, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Tri-tip, Butternut Squash & Spinach Lasagna, etc.
Must have relevant food-service experience.
Must be able to communicate with others to convey information effectively.
Must be able to communicate in English with customers.
Position Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve food/beverages to guests and run POS
Substitute for or assist other employees during emergencies or rush periods.
Must follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents.

Delegate tasks to team
Effectively communicate
Prepare and deliver caterings
Prepare Chef Specials, Standing menu, Catering Menu items, etc.
Count and balance registers. Fill out sales reports
Place Food orders.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Must be able to correctly and safely use standard service equipment.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Must comply with all ServSafe principles - will train.
Job requires being reliable, responsible, dependable.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. Employee must be able to work on their feet 8.0 hour per day excluding breaks.

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
