The PM supervisor is responsible for closing the food service department and routine day-to-day supervisory operations. Must be customer service oriented, displaying a positive personality. Ensures a safe, sanitary operation with adequate foods and staff coverage. Requires all foods are mise en place and correct for café, special functions and room service for the lunch, supper and next day operations. May assume duties of or work any food service position. Great communication skills required. Provide staff training and coaching to ensure quality food, service & nutrition at a Destination ‘10’ level. Updates, rounds, and debriefs daily with AM Supervisor and ALL FANS staff. Keeps Production Manager and Chef informed. Maintains a noticeable presence in kitchen and is in café during peak meal periods. Performs needed quality audits/checks, including patient rounding, AIDET and other D-10 reports. Maintains a working knowledge of current industry standards and regulations.
Schedule: 11:30am-7:30 pm, 10 days per pay period, covering every other weekend.
Required: Current Henry County food handler card
Preferred: Current Serve Safe certificate. Certified Dietary Manager
