Forecast Analyst analyzes inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to determine the amount of finished product that will be produced. Determines the best metrics to use to provide the most accurate representation of the forecast. Being a Forecast Analyst works with other departments within the organization to determine optimal inventory levels. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Forecast Analyst typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Forecast Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Location: One to three trips to Springfield, IL for quarterly onsite meetings.
Functional Description: The Business Analyst/Data Analyst will perform business and data analysis tasks daily. Functions will include analysis, planning, assisting in managing project deliverables, updating the project plan using Microsoft Project, coordinating between the technical team and the business users. This role will support analysis of two different data structures to support conversion and new data model development of a large-scale data warehouse using complex SQL. This includes providing direction for the solution, ensuring data quality, and support of the design, development, and implementation (DDI) of the project.
