Forecast Analyst analyzes inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to determine the amount of finished product that will be produced. Determines the best metrics to use to provide the most accurate representation of the forecast. Being a Forecast Analyst works with other departments within the organization to determine optimal inventory levels. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Forecast Analyst typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Forecast Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. The Forecasting Analyst will be responsible for developing accurate forecasts (long, mid & short) for multiple client channels. In addition, their creation of precise long-range forecasts will determine overall staffing capacity requirements. This individual will exercise sound judgment when identifying staffing requirements and implementing procedural changes, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
This is a hybrid role within office and work from home opportunities and Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:15pm hours.
