McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking a Foreclosure Manager of Non-Judicial States for our Peachtree Corners, GA office location. The Foreclosure Manager is responsible for the daily operations of a fast-paced foreclosure department covering four states (AL, GA, TN, VA). The selected candidate will support and manage related functions to the non-judicial foreclosure process that include, monitoring of foreclosure timelines, ensuring adherence to Firm policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to state, federal and client guidelines. The Foreclosure Manager will assist in development and maintenance of policies, procedures and reports related to the department.
